Why I Built Maximum Vitality

I've been in the fitness industry for 35 years. I've trained professional athletes, competed as an IFBB Pro bodybuilder, and coached hundreds of executives and high-performers. But about 10 years ago, I started noticing a disturbing trend.

Men in their 40s and 50s—successful, driven, intelligent men—were falling apart physically. And the system was failing them.

The medical establishment told them to "accept aging." TRT clinics rushed them onto injections without addressing the foundations. Supplement companies sold them magic pills that did nothing. Trainers pushed them to "just work harder"—often causing more harm than good.
